Neel Shukla, Known for His Iconic Lighting in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Taking a cue from his father, Neel draws his inspiration from nature and good design with qualities of both function and aesthetics. Frank Lloyd Wright and Salvador Dali are the two design icons he seeks inspiration. Neel looks after some of the most expensive homes around the world, particularly in the Middle East, Russia and India. A polymath by his very nature, Neel also designs his own lighting (from beautifully simple lamps to stunningly complex chandeliers) that can be admired in various palaces and hotels around the globe (including President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s palace in Abu Dhabi). He considers his involvement with the Burj Al Arab for its decorative lighting as a pivotal point in his career.
